11.5: Lamb on the spit

Auf Dieters Tipp hin fahren wir zum Backsberg Wine Estate Richtung Paarl. Dort gibt es ganze Lämmer über Holzkohle gegrillt. Man nimmt sich einfach einen Teller und zeigt auf das Stück das man gerne haben möchte und bekommt es abgesäbelt. Dazu ein schöner Pinotage... so lässt sich ein Nachmittag auch verleben.
